By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms together with our published policies. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Eligibility to Use

The Platform is intended for persons legally competent to contract under Indian law. Users below 18 years may use the Platform only under parental or guardian supervision.

We currently deliver only within India. We may refuse registration, suspend accounts or deny service where eligibility is not met or these Terms are breached.

Accuracy of Content & Invitation to Offer

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Product displays constitute an invitation to offer.

Your order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only upon dispatch. We may reject or cancel orders due to stock, pricing errors, fraud or legal reasons.

General Terms of Use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

Vedik Monk may revise pricing, discontinue products, modify promotions, limit quantities and verify orders.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting care@vedikmonk.com .

Cancellation after dispatch may not be possible and repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.

Opened or used consumable products are not eligible. Supporting photographs or videos may be required.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; replacements may be offered where appropriate.

Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 24–48 working hours and usually delivered within 3–7 business days across India.

Delays caused by logistics partners, weather or force majeure are beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping

Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Quantity Restrictions

We may limit quantities per customer, address or payment instrument and prohibit unauthorized resale.

Product & Pricing Information

We may correct pricing or typographical errors, revise product information and cancel affected orders prior to dispatch.

Your Account

Users are responsible for account confidentiality and accuracy of information. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, false information or misuse.

Customer Communications
