Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. Vedik Monk may offer free shipping promotions or minimum-order free shipping from time to time.

Where does Vedik Monk deliver?

Vedik Monk currently delivers to eligible serviceable locations across India. Delivery depends on courier availability, accessibility and applicable legal restrictions.

Does Vedik Monk deliver outside India?

Currently, Vedik Monk ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Why is my location not serviceable?

Some PIN codes may not be serviceable due to courier limitations, operational constraints, government restrictions or remote accessibility.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are subject to verification and operational feasibility. Once dispatched, address changes are generally not possible.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via email, SMS or WhatsApp after dispatch. Tracking usually becomes active within approximately 24 hours.

Why has my order been shipped in multiple packages?

Products may ship separately due to stock availability or warehouse operations. Shipping charges are generally applied only once unless otherwise stated.

Can Vedik Monk hold my delivery?

If the order has not been dispatched, contact customer support immediately. Once dispatched, delivery schedules are controlled by the courier partner.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The final payable amount, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges, is displayed during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transport disruptions, courier delays or force majeure events. Vedik Monk will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Orders that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts may be returned to our warehouse (RTO). Repeated RTOs may restrict Cash on Delivery eligibility.
